Strawberry Rose Water Mojito

Ingredients

Strawberry-Rose Syrup

Strawberry-Rose Mojito

  • 15-20 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 1/2 fl. oz. Strawberry-Rose Syrup
  • 2 1/2 fl. oz. white rum
  • 1 fl. oz. fresh lime juice
  • club soda
  • 1 lime wedge

  • 8-9 strawberries, sliced
  • 5 limes (4 sliced plus 1 cut in wedges for garnish)
  • 40-45 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Nielsen-Massey Tahitian Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon Nielsen-Massey Rose Water
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 liter club soda
  • ice

Directions

Strawberry-Rose Syrup

Add syrup ingredients to a small food processor and pulse until smooth; set aside. This recipe makes enough syrup for four Strawberry-Rose Mojitos.

Yields about 1 cup.

Strawberry-Rose Mojito

Muddle mint leaves in a tall glass. Add Strawberry-Rose Syrup, white rum, lime juice and lots of ice. Top with club soda and a freshly squeezed lime wedge; stir.

Serves 1.

Add strawberries, limes, mint and sugar to a large pitcher and muddle together. Add vanilla and rose water extracts, white rum, club soda and ice; stir to combine. Pour into tall glass filled with ice and garish with freshly squeezed lime wedge; stir.
